TORONTO, ON: As Trowbridge continues to expand its operations globally, we are so pleased to announce that as of November 1, 2021 the firm has merged with Gary P. Gauvin LLC International Tax located in Dallas, Texas. This will be Trowbridge’s first United States acquisition and is instrumental in developing a strong US presence for servicing current and new clients.
Gary Gauvin joins Trowbridge with over 40 years international tax experience specializing in cross-border U.S. and Canadian income tax preparation. Gary will bring his expertise to Trowbridge in the role of Director and will be actively involved in the business to introduce and transition his valued clients. With offices in Canada, India, Germany and the UK and now the US, the merged operations will provide clients with exposure to an extensive range of tax services including corporate tax and global mobility as well as a larger client service team dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience.
Gary P. Gauvin LLC will operate as a US subsidiary of Trowbridge and will be headquartered out of Trowbridge’s existing Toronto location at One King West.
