We want you to know the measures we have put in place at this time to ensure ongoing personal safety and minimal business disruption, especially in the midst of a busy tax season.
Submitting Tax Documents Electronically
You can confidentially and conveniently submit all your tax documents to us via our secure CLIENT PORTAL. Our portal is available 24/7 and allows you the flexibility of sending us your documents from the comfort of your own home.
Please note, at this time the CRA has not extended any Canadian tax deadlines to accommodate the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation however we will be in immediate communication with you should this change.
International Travel Has Been Suspended
Effective immediately, international travel has been suspended for all Trowbridge team members. For those team members that have traveled outside of Canada, they have been advised by our Human Resources team to self quarantine for 14 days upon arrival back in Canada.
International Office Locations Are Open and Cleaner than Ever
Currently, all our global offices remain open however clients and visitors will only be accepted BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Rest assured that each of our offices are undergoing rigorous cleaning and disinfection procedures to ensure safety for all.
Our Trowbridge team members have been asked to work remotely where possible effective immediately. Don’t worry about your taxes! We are highly capable of carrying out day-to-day operations from outside of our physical office locations and are ready and fully responsive to the needs of our clients. Please continue to communicate with us through e-mail or by phone. Video calling opportunities are also available upon request.
